01 April 2002 - 'Burst Couch #2' event hosted by planetsounds, rsi and pigdog recordings. Artists who appeared were Andi Chapple, Triclops, Tele:Funken, Q-car and Magic City. Attendance of 60-70 strong at the Scubar, Oxford Rd, Manchester.
31 March 2002 - Pelicanneck records refuse to handle any more Planetsounds product. I'm sure we'll survive without you, bub.
31 March 2002 - 'Laboratory Series Volume 2' released. Copies sent to all artists and also planetsounds distribution centres (shops).
29 March 2002 - Digital Discharge recs released 'Death to Disco' LP. 500 copies on yellow vinyl featuring Illuminati under the guise of 'All Sinners' contributing track 'Knucklehead Bump'. This will be available at distributed retailers throughout the world.
20 March 2002 - 'Burst Couch' radio set up by Gary 'Bess Keloid' Kelly.
15 March 2002 - Illuminati cdep2 released. Copies sent to all distribution centres.
03 March 2002 - Illuminati cdep1 review by Modern Dance magazine.
23 February 2002 - 'Burst Couch' night premiere hosted by the planetsounds, rsi and pigdog labels. Appearing to a crowd, of about 50 strong, were Disco Operating System, Illuminati, Villa 21, B Fab-UK, Bess Keloid and Mild Man Jan.
16 February 2002 - Illuminati donates 4 live tracks to the rsi record label for future release on 3 inch cd.
25 January 2002 - Laboratory Series Volume 1 reviewed on Brainwashed website.
18 January 2002 - Illuminati gig at 291 Gallery, London, cancelled. Due to appear with Yumi Hara, Hugh Metcalfe and Veryan Weston.
01 January - Planetsounds website redesign goes on air.

13 October 2001 - 'Silent Sho' sound art piece by David Clarkson exhibited as part of SHO festival, aLECTRO eCOUSTIC, St Phillips Church, Salford. Also featured were Toshimaru Nakamura, Matt Wand, Big Block 454, Daniel Weaver, Gareth Bibby, Arlo Yates, plus more.
07 October 2001 - 'Triclops' featuring members of Planetsounds, Fflint Central & RSI recordings, perform at the Star & Garter, Manchester, together with Magic City, Speedranch^Jansky Noise and Melt Banana.

20 August 2001 - Illuminati play aLECTRO eCOUSTIC, Bar Centro, Manchester. Also on the bill were Andi Chapple, Semay Wu/Seaming and Toshi Makihara. The night finishes with a 20 minute improvisation between Andi, Toshi and Illuminati.
